This is usually the lowest cost per service because the company is coming out frequently and will need to spend less time per visit. Monthly services offer the best overall effectiveness and are ideal for property locations with heavy pest activity (e.g. close to lakes, streams, fields, or other pest havens). Because of the increased frequency, the cost per year is usually the highest.

Every other Month (Most Popular)
This has a medium cost per service and cost per year, and is most popular among homeowners because it offers a good balance between cost and effectiveness. Also, most products licensed for residential pest control use will not last outside weather conditions beyond 45-60 days, making this service frequency ideal for common pest activity.

Quarterly (Best for Budget)
This usually has higher per service cost but lower cost per year. While there is some risk that bugs will return between visits, most companies will retreat your home for free if a problem resurfaces that is covered by their guarantee. This is ideal for homes that experience only light pest activity or where the homeowner is not bothered by occasional pests.
